Overview:

NUTRIYUMMY L-CARNITINE 3000mg 480mL is a liquid carnitine nutritional supplement, with green tea leaf extract, vitamin B6 and vitamin B1, with peach flavor. It is suitable for both women and men. Each dose contains 3000 mg of L-carnitine.

Supplement Facts:

• NUTRIYUMMY L-CARNITINE helps burn fat. The first stage of the process of energy production from fats in the body requires the transfer of fatty acids to the mitochondria. In particular, the long-chain fatty acids in food, as they cannot penetrate the cell membranes on their own, need a “carrier”, a role played by L-carnitine. The transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria is very important, because there they will be burned and energy will be produced. Scientists estimate that the availability of carnitine plays a regulatory role in fat oxidation during exercise. Carnitine also helps in muscle recovery after intense exercise. It helps regulate several hormones (e.g. by improving insulin sensitivity), but also increases the amount of androgen receptors in muscle cells, as shown by an in vivo study where it was consumed for 21 days. According to the research literature, although this mechanism will not increase testosterone levels directly, it may increase its effects through its receptors.
• The NUTRIYUMMY L-CARNITINE in addition to its contribution to the transport of fatty acids, can also have additional functions. Carnitine is also involved in other important physiological functions. In particular, it participates in the conversion of the keto-analogues of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) – valine, leucine and isoleucine -, an extremely important function during fasting and exercise. It contains green tea extract for antioxidant and fat dissolving action. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal metabolism of energy efficiency, the normal functioning of the immune system, the normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the heart.
