Ingredients
• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix (any flavour)
• 70–100 ml water or milk (dairy or plant based)
• Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil for the pan
• Mixing bowl
• Silicone spatula or hand mixer
• Non stick pan
Method
1. Add the 50 g of Pancake Mix to the bowl.
2. Gradually pour in 70–100 ml water or milk.
3. Stir with the spatula for 20–30 seconds until you get a smooth, thick batter, or mix with a hand mixer for 10–15 seconds.
4. Adjust the texture:
• for fluffier pancakes, add +10–20 ml liquid and stir for another 10 seconds
• for thicker, denser pancakes, stay around ~70 ml liquid
5. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat (optionally grease lightly with oil).
6. Pour small portions of batter for 3–4 mini pancakes or all the batter for one large pancake.
7. Cook each side for 1–2 minutes, until bubbles appear and the surface turns golden.
8. Serve on a plate and add your favourite toppings (fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, jam, etc.).
Tip
Let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes before cooking for an even fluffier texture.
