Nurtiyummy and its employees make every effort to ensure that customers enjoy high-quality services. However, errors in product prices and characteristics cannot be entirely ruled out, and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no website downtime or "human" errors during the updating/listing of a product's price. For any further clarification or information before proceeding with a product order, please contact the Customer Service Department via the email form.
When you place your order, you will automatically receive a personal email with the details of your order.
Dietary supplements are strictly intended for individuals over 18 years of age, and the dosages mentioned are for informational purposes only. You should consult your doctor before taking any supplement purchased from Nurtiyummy. Nurtiyummy bears no responsibility for any side effects resulting from the improper use of dietary supplements.

Upon receipt of the bank payment order copy, we will dispatch your order.
Delivery of orders depends on the area of receipt and the workload of the partnered courier company.
Note: You have the right to return one or more products from your order within 7 working days if the product is sealed, the original packaging has not been tampered with, and the product has not been altered, at your own expense for additional shipping costs. A phone call with us is required to arrange the pickup of the package from the customer's location.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Nurtiyummy grants you the right to cancel your order in the following cases:
(1) Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, you can go back "back" and remove products from your cart by clicking the "remove" button.
(2) If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call +302110133008, and a representative will handle the cancellation of your order.
(3) If your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, please contact the Customer Service Department at +302110133008 and provide your order details.
ORDER DELAY
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
(1) During periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
(2) If it is impossible to contact you by phone or email (if there is an issue with your order, either related to the product or its payment) because the details you have provided are not correctly updated.
RETURN REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
For hygiene reasons, Nurtiyummy will not accept returns of dietary supplements of any kind.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request a replacement or a refund within 14 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
(1) The withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge, and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product in the exact condition they received it, with all accompanying documents and packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the customer has first paid any amount charged to Nurtiyummy for shipping the item to them and the shipping costs for returning the item.
(2) The withdrawal declaration is made in writing or electronically, and Nurtiyummy is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal declaration as soon as it is received.
(3) Following the withdrawal declaration, Nurtiyummy is obliged to refund the amount received within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products.
(4) Shipping costs are not refunded if the customer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Nurtiyummy.
(5) The refund to the customer will be made using the same method as the original payment. In the case of a credit card charge, Nurtiyummy is obliged to inform the Bank of the transaction cancellation, and the Bank will proceed with any action provided for in the contract it has with the customer. Nurtiyummy, after this notification, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of the chargeback execution.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the same customer account.
(6) If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, Nurtiyummy has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other party to a total or partial set-off of its claim against the customer.
In all cases where items other than those sold are delivered, in type or quantity, or a quality previously agreed in writing with Nurtiyummy is missing, the customer returns the products for inspection and error detection. In this case, the costs of returning the products to Nurtiyummy as well as the shipping costs to the customer are borne by Nurtiyummy, provided that the recommended return method by Nurtiyummy is followed.
