Ingredients

• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix

• 70–100 ml water or milk

• 1 NutriYummy Protein Brownie, cut into small cubes

• 1 tbspNutriYummy Peanut Butter (Smooth or Crunchy)

• 1 tspNutriYummy Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread (optional, for drizzling)

• Mixing bowl

• Spatula or hand mixer

• Non stick pan


Method

1. Add the 50 g of Pancake Mix to the bowl.

2. Gradually add 70–100 ml water or milk.

3. Stir for 20–30 seconds until you get a smooth, thick batter (or 10–15 seconds with a hand mixer).

4. Adjust the texture with slightly more or less liquid, depending on how fluffy you like your pancakes.

5. Fold about one third of the brownie cubes gently into the batter.

6. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.

7. Pour the batter to form 3–4 small pancakes or 1–2 larger ones.

8. Cook each side for 1–2 minutes, until golden brown.

9. Stack the pancakes on a plate.

10. Spread the Peanut Butter over the top.

11. Add the remaining brownie cubes as a topping.

12. Drizzle with Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread, if desired.


Tip

For extra protein, top with 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt or skyr.
