Ingredients
• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix
• 70–100 ml water or milk
• 1 NutriYummy FIT COOKIES Cookies& Cream (½ for the batter, ½ for topping)
• 1 tbspNutriYummy White Chocolate Spread
• 1 tbspNutriYummy Strawberry or Apricot Jam Light (optional)
• Bowl, spatula or hand mixer, non stick pan
Method
1. Add 50 g of Pancake Mix to the bowl.
2. Gradually add 70–100 ml water or milk and mix for 20–30 seconds until you get a smooth, thick batter.
3. Adjust the batter thickness as you prefer.
4. Crumble half of the FIT COOKIES into small pieces and fold them gently into the batter.
5. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
6. Pour the batter to form 3–4 small pancakes.
7. Cook each side for 1–2 minutes until golden.
8. Stack the pancakes on a plate.
9. Spread White Chocolate Spread over the top.
10. Add small spoonfuls of Strawberry or Apricot Jam Light, if you want a fruity touch.
11. Break the remaining half of the FIT COOKIES into larger chunks and place them on top.
Tip
Store any leftover pancakes in the fridge and enjoy them cold or at room temperature later the same day as a quick snack.
