Ingredients
• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix
• 70–100 ml water or milk
• 2–3 NutriYummy Protein Pralines Nut & Milk Chocolate or Peanut & Milk Glaze, cut in halves or chunks
• 1 tbsp NutriYummy Peanut Butter Smooth
• 1 tsp NutriYummy Caramel & Sea Salt or Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread (optional)
• Bowl, spatula or hand mixer, non stick pan
Method
1. Add 50 g of Pancake Mix to the bowl.
2. Gradually pour in 70–100 ml water or milk and mix for 20–30 seconds until the batter is smooth and thick.
3. Adjust the texture with a little more or less liquid.
4. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
5. Pour the batter to form 2–3 pancakes.
6. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden.
7. Cut the Protein Pralines into halves or thirds.
8. Stack the pancakes and spread Peanut Butter Smooth between them like a cream.
9. Place the praline pieces on top.
10. Drizzle with Caramel & Sea Salt or Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread, if desired.
Tip
For an on the go breakfast, roll 1–2 pancakes with the filling and pack them in a container.
