Ingredients
• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix with Cocoa
• 70–100 ml water or milk
• 1 tbspNutriYummy Peanut Butter Smooth
• 2 NutriYummy Protein Pralines Nut & Milk Chocolate, cut in halves or thirds
• Bowl, spatula or hand mixer, non stick pan
Method
1. Add 50 g of Protein Pancake Mix with Cocoa to the bowl.
2. Pour in 70–100 ml water or milk and mix until you get a thick batter.
3. Adjust the texture to your liking (thinner batter = fluffier pancakes).
4. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
5. Cook 2–3 pancakes, 1–2 minutes per side.
6. Stack the pancakes on a plate.
7. Spread Peanut Butter Smooth on top.
8. Place the Protein Praline pieces over the peanut butter.
Tip
Great as a filling post workout meal, especially when paired with a glass of milk or a protein shake.
