Ingredients

• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix

• 70–100 ml water or milk

• 1 tbsp NutriYummy Strawberry Jam Light

• 1 tbspNutriYummy White Chocolate Spread

• ½ NutriYummyBarPro White Chocolate & Strawberry bar, sliced or cubed

• Fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)

• Bowl, spatula or hand mixer, non stick pan


Method

1. Add the 50 g of Pancake Mix to the bowl.

2. Gradually pour in 70–100 ml water or milk.

3. Mix for 20–30 seconds until the batter is smooth and thick.

4. Adjust the texture with a little more or less liquid.

5. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.

6. Pour the batter to form 3–4 small pancakes.

7. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.

8. Stack the pancakes on a plate.

9. Spread a thin layer of Strawberry Jam Light between the pancakes.

10. Top with White Chocolate Spread.

11. Garnish with pieces of BarPro White Chocolate & Strawberry bar and, if you like, fresh strawberries.


Tip

Perfect as a pre workout meal 60–90 minutes before training, especially if you add extra strawberries for more carbs.
