Ingredients
• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix with Cocoa
• 70–100 ml water or milk
• 1 tbspNutriYummy Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread
• ½ NutriYummy BarPro Double Choco bar, cut into cubes
• Bowl, spatula or hand mixer, non stick pan
Method
1. Add 50 g of Protein Pancake Mix with Cocoa to the bowl.
2. Gradually add 70–100 ml water or milk and mix for 20–30 seconds until you get a smooth chocolate batter.
3. Adjust the texture with a little more or less liquid.
4. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
5. Pour the batter to form 3–4 small or 2 larger pancakes.
6. Cook each side for 1–2 minutes until set and golden.
7. Stack the pancakes on a plate.
8. Spread Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread over the top.
9. Garnish with BarPro Double Choco cubes.
Tip
For an even richer chocolate flavour, add 1–2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder into the batter.
