Ingredients
• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix with Cocoa
• 70–100 ml water or milk
• ½ NutriYummy Protein Brownie, cut into cubes
• ½ NutriYummy Fit Muffin White Choco Filling, cut into pieces
• 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or skyr (optional cream topping)
• Bowl, spatula or hand mixer, non stick pan
Method
1. Add 50 g of Protein Pancake Mix with Cocoa to the bowl.
2. Pour in 70–100 ml water or milk and mix for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
3. Adjust the texture depending on how fluffy you like your pancakes.
4. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
5. Cook 3–4 small pancakes, 1–2 minutes on each side.
6. Stack the pancakes on a plate.
7. Spoon the yogurt or skyr on top as a light cream.
8. Garnish with Protein Brownie cubes and pieces of Fit Muffin White Choco Filling.
Tip
Great as a breakfast “treat” on heavy training days, thanks to the mix of carbs and protein.
