Ingredients

• 50 g NutriYummy Protein Pancake Mix Cookies & Cream or with Cocoa

• 80–90 ml water or milk

• Pinch of salt & smoked paprika

• 3–4 tbsp NutriYummy 0% Barbeque Sauce

• 60–80 g grilled chicken, turkey or lean pork (thin strips)

• Shredded cabbage & carrot (coleslaw style, without mayo)

• Bowl, spatula or hand mixer, non stick pan


Method

1. In a bowl, mix the 50 g of Pancake Mix with salt and smoked paprika.

2. Add 80–90 ml water or milk and stir until you get a thin batter.

3. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.

4. Cook 3–4 thin pancakes (crêpe style), 1–2 minutes per side.

5. In a small bowl, combine cabbage and carrot with 1–2 tbsp 0% Barbeque Sauce.

6. Spread some extra 0% Barbeque Sauce on each pancake, add meat strips and top with the BBQ coleslaw.

7. Roll up tightly and slice diagonally in half.


Tip

Great as an evening post workout meal: high in protein, fibre and low in fat.
